We're currently trying to work around an issue in our checkouts which is incorrectly applying the wrong shipping and/or tariffs (US only). In some cases tariffs are charged too high, whilst others are correct.
For this reason, what you pay at checkout is an approx cost until we have fixed this issue. We will always refund any overpaid shipping/tariffs - and in rare cases you may be emailed an invoice to top up the difference if you were undercharged.

Orders exceeding over 5kg need to be manually created by us. Please drop us a email us if you cannot checkout due to this limitation
